• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday).

• Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed the next working day.

• During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional campaigns, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

If we face any unexpected delay, our support team will update you via email or WhatsApp.

We currently ship across India via trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

Processing Time

All orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message with a tracking number and link.

📦 7. Packaging & Quality

Every product is:

• Carefully checked for quality before dispatch

• Hygienically packed to prevent damage

• Sealed with tamper-proof packaging for safety

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept delivery and contact us immediately.

🔄 8. Try-at-Home Orders (Coming Soon)

We are introducing a Try-at-Home service in select locations.

• Customers can try up to 3 items before confirming purchase.

• Unwanted items must be returned immediately to the delivery agent.

• Hygiene-based products (innerwear, beauty, etc.) are not eligible for trial.

• A small service fee may apply for trial deliveries.

⚠️ 10. Delays or Failed Deliveries

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Unavailability of the recipient

• Courier or weather-related issues

If a delivery fails and the order is returned, re-shipping can be arranged at an additional shipping fee.

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Order are shipped within 1 to 2 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
